Freight Allowance:
For C&I Products Only
Net invoice value of $1200 or more, shipped from one originating point to one destination; freight prepaid and allowed. Freight allowed via least expensive way.

Net invoice value less than $1200; freight prepaid and added to invoice or freight collect.

Special routing or carrier; additional cost shall be paid by purchaser.

Minimum Billing: $150.00 per order

Terms of Payment: Net 30 days from date of invoice 

Standard Package:
Orders will be shipped in standard pack quantities. Broken packages are subject to a $35.00 service charge.

Special Pallet Requirements: $25 per pallet

Special Marking Requirements: $15 per pallet

Cancellation Policy:
Order cancellations and/or deferrals will be subject to a minimum 25% charge.  Approval by Tiffin Insulators Co. must be received prior to cancellation.  A cancellation authorization number is required. 

Return Policy: Returned goods shall be accepted for credit, only if in saleable condition and with Tiffin Insulators Co. prior approval. Request for return of material must be made within three (3) months of original shipping date. Tiffin Insulators Co. will deduct a minimum of 25% restocking/repair/repacking charge. Delivery costs to and from the purchaser’s location, that were paid by Tiffin Insulators Co. will also be deducted. Special items other than normal or standard design can not be returned.
Warranty Information
Seller warrants to Buyer that the products and equipment to be delivered to Buyer will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original shipment by Seller (whether by sale, lease, or rental) when stored, installed, operated and maintained in accordance with recommendations of the Seller and standard industry practice and when used under proper and normal use. Seller shall in no event be responsible or liable for modifications, alterations, misapplications or repairs made to its products or equipment by Buyer or others, or for damage caused thereto by negligence, accident, overloading or improper use by Buyer or others. Organic insulation materials are sold with the express understanding that their life and fitness for purpose are indeterminate and largely depend on application and operating circumstances and continuing maintenance and therefore, no warranty, express or implied, is made to such organic insulation. If any model or sample was shown to Buyer, such model or sample was used merely to illustrate the general type and generality of the goods and not to warrant that the goods would be of that type or nature. No agent, employee or representative of the Seller has the authority to bind the Seller to any representation, affirmation or warranty concerning the goods and any such representation, affirmation or warranty shall not be deemed to have become a part of the basis of the sales contract and shall be unenforceable. No warranty is made with respect to products or equipment not manufactured by Seller, such being subject to only warranties made by their respective manufacturers. The warranty does not and shall not include reimbursement for the expenses of labor, transportation, installation, removal from the line or any other expenses which may be incurred by Buyer.
